Apps Covered: HyperPi, iToss, and Hypermnesia (iOS)

Developer/Company: NextGLabs

Effective date: January 25, 2026

Quick summary
  • Our apps do not require you to create an account to use core features.
  • HyperPi and iToss use Google AdMob to display ads. Hypermnesia does not serve advertisements.
  • If you allow tracking on iOS (App Tracking Transparency), AdMob may use the IDFA for ad personalization and measurement in HyperPi and iToss. If you don’t allow tracking, ads may be less personalized.

1) Information we collect

A. Information you provide to us

Our applications do not require you to submit personal information (such as your name or email) to use the core app features. If you contact us (for example by email), we will receive the information you include in your message (such as your email address and message content).

B. Information collected automatically

When you use our applications, some information may be collected automatically, including:

  • Device information: device model, operating system version, language, region, app version
  • Approximate location (inferred): may be derived from IP address by third parties for purposes like ad serving and fraud prevention (applicable to apps displaying ads)
  • Usage information: basic interactions with the app and ads (e.g., ad views, clicks)
  • Identifiers: such as the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) (only if you allow tracking in Ad-supported apps) and other device/app identifiers used for advertising and analytics

Note: The exact data collected depends on your device settings, iOS permissions, and AdMob configuration.

2) How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and optimize our applications
  • Improve app performance and fix bugs
  • Show ads and measure ad performance (in HyperPi and iToss, including preventing fraud and abuse)
  • Respond to user support requests

3) Ads and third-party services (Google AdMob)

HyperPi and iToss use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob (Google) may collect and process information to:

  • Serve ads (contextual or personalized, depending on your settings)
  • Measure ad performance (e.g., impressions, clicks)
  • Detect fraud and enforce policies

Google’s use of information is governed by Google’s own policies. See: Google Privacy Policy, Google Ads Settings, and Google AdMob documentation.

4) Personalized ads and tracking (iOS App Tracking Transparency)

On iOS, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework may ask whether you allow our ad-supported apps (HyperPi and iToss) to “track” you across apps and websites owned by other companies.

  • If you allow tracking: AdMob may access the IDFA to help personalize ads and measure performance more accurately.
  • If you don’t allow tracking: The app/AdMob will not access the IDFA for tracking purposes. You may still see ads, but they may be less personalized.

You can change your choice anytime in iOS settings.

5) Your choices and controls

A. iOS settings

You can control tracking via: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (and the app-specific toggle).

B. Google ad controls

Google may provide tools to control ad personalization (availability varies by region). Visit Google Ads Settings.

6) Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information:

  • With service providers (like Google/AdMob) to operate ads and app functionality
  • For legal reasons if required to comply with law, enforce policies, or protect rights, safety, and security
  • Business transfers if we’re involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (you’ll be notified where required)

7) Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the apps and support, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Third-party partners (like Google) may retain data according to their own policies.

8) Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9) Children’s privacy

Our applications are not directed to children under 13 (or the age defined by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10) International users

If you use our applications outside the country where we operate, your information may be processed in other countries where data protection laws may differ. Third-party providers like Google may process data globally.

11) Your privacy rights (EEA/UK, California, and other regions)

EEA/UK (GDPR)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

California (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have rights to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell personal information.

To exercise applicable rights, contact us (see “Contact us” below).

12) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the “Effective date” above. If changes are significant, we may provide additional notice in the app.
